Hi Guys,
 
   Keep up the high spirit of work that u people had shown in the past.
   (Do not show the spirit that u take in the nite in office hours).
Lets come straight to the point.
Since we are running short of our goals I would recommend u people to fill u'r goals and u'r expectations.

Any help u people required in achieving them then let me know.
The goals for u people.

Let me know how much scraps u people do send to u'r friends on daliy basis.

How many friends request u people send in orkut and how many are accepted.

How fast u change u'r pics in orkut profile.

How many people are there in the recent visitors in the orkut profile. 

Let me know how many hours u people invest in blogging and chat.

R u people comfortable in doing voice and video chat in office.

How many mails u people do forward in the office hours.

In how many new sites u have created u'r id's.

How many hours u spend on phone with u'r friends in office hours.

How many drink parties u people had with u'r team.

Let me know when u people will be able to achieve the expectations then plz rate u'rself as
no of scraps in orkut
< 10       - poor performance
10 to 100  - showing sign of improvement.
> 100      - still there is area of improvement.

In the end if u people fulfilled all goals and u'r short of photos then i will send u onsite for new pics for u'r profile on different sites.
